NATIONALIZATION PROGRAM
- I created a program for Angolans to provide Health Safety and Emergency Response for Chevron.
SAFETY TECHNICIAN PROGRAMS
- I developed a program that reduced the injury rate to less than 1% for the time of my involvement (3 years).

- I provided management oversight and operational planning for the first upgrader turnaround for the Shell facility in Alberta.
- I supported training delivery to over 3000 contractor personnel and Quality Management and the deployment of over 1000 pieces of safety equipment.
- Under budget,
- Lowest injury rate, and
- Introduced never seen high pressure breathing air refilling and end-user system, resulting in no breathing air project delay
